Transparent High Barrier AlOx PET Film is made by depositing a transparent aluminum oxide (AlOx) layer on a BOPET substrate via physical vapor deposition (PVD). It boasts excellent thermal stability, high temperature resistance, high strength, and stable chemical properties.

Compared to co-extruded films, coated films, and standard metallized films, it is more eco-friendly. It also offers better barrier performance, transparency (for clear product visibility), and printability.

Ideal for products needing high barrier protection, it applies to food packaging, medical products, medical materials, and electronic products.
