• Q: How many tons of bottom paper are needed to produce one ton of paper cup fans?

  A: For PLA paper cup fans, the base material is still pulp. The bottom paper ratio is the same as regular products—approximately 0.25 tons of bottom paper are needed for 1 ton of paper cup fans (bottom paper weight can be adjusted according to customer requirements).

• Q: How should PLA paper cup fans be stored?

  A: They should be stored in a clean, dry environment, avoiding moisture and high temperatures. Because the PLA coating is sensitive to humidity, it is recommended to seal the packaging and store it in a cool place (temperature ≤25℃, relative humidity ≤60%) to prevent coating degradation or paper deformation.

  A: Under recommended storage conditions, the shelf life is 2-3 years. However, considering the biodegradability of PLA material and the stability of printing inks, it is generally recommended to use it within 6 months of delivery to ensure optimal performance and print clarity.
